British Swimming sends its thoughts and condolences to the parents, family, friends and team-mates of Chloe Waddell following the news that the Swim Trafford swimmer passed away on Sunday morning.
Chloe Waddell, 16, had gone to a party with friends after receiving a series of trophies at a presentation evening - but was taken ill at home the following morning. Mr Waddell noticed her lips were discoloured and she was cool to the touch.
